When placing your first order for coffee mugs, steins or tile plaques, you will need to supply us with a copy of your logo in color. We cannot guarantee an exact match but we will try to duplicate your logo as close as possible. The art must be mailed or emailed to us. A .jpg for pc format is desirable. We use the highest quality ceramic paints. This enables us to place your design, on the item of your choice, in full color. All mugs and steins are dishwasher safe, with the exception of items that have metallic gold or platinum ink on them. These items should also not be placed in a microwave.
There is no minimum order, however orders under 125 units will incur an art charge. Art charges are as follows:
1 - 40 mugs/steins/tiles .............. $180.00
41 - 80 ....................................... $130.00
81 - 124 ....................................... $80.00
125+ ................................ No Art Charge
A 50% deposit is required on all new orders.
A production time on a first order is 6 to 8 weeks. Repeat orders normally ship in 2 weeks.
Shipping is FOB Alpine, CA. The charge will be added to your invoice. We ship using UPS and US Postal Service.
We prefer that you use our Mug order Form when placing your orders. This will eliminate any confusion in the layout of your design. All mugs, steins and plaques include your command seal or 1 logo in the stated price.
