Names are charged by the number of letters and locations.
For example if Ed Smith wants ED on the front and SMITH on the back it would be 2 x $2.50. If he wants ED SMITH in 1 place it would be $2.50
1-7 Letters per name or word - $2.50
8-14 Letters per name or word - $3.00
15-20 Letters per name or word - $3.50
More than 21 Letters - Additional $.25 each
Symbols are charged as 1 letter.
When placing your first order with us, you will need to supply us with your artwork. We need vectorized files such as .ai or .eps. If you provide non vector artwork there may be an additional charge. We cannot guarantee an exact match but will try to duplicate your logo as closely as possible. We use the highest quality ceramic paints for your logo which ensures years of use, even with a dishwasher. All may be placed in a microwave, with the exception of those items with gold or platinum embellishments on either the mug / stein or incorporated into your logo.
There is no minimum order. If this is a new command to us there will be an Art/Setup Fee. This fee depends on the complexity of the logo and the amount of colors. Please inquire for a qoute.
100% prepayment is required on all orders.
Production time on a first orders is on average 4-6 weeks. Repeat orders are usually completed within 2 weeks.
Shipping is FOB El Cajon, CA. The charge will be added to your invoice.
